The SB6FRFSB starts with a Mahogany Body topped with AAA Flame maple top that is meticulously stained to create the stunning Solar-Burst Gloss finish. A 5 piece maple neck with Richlite fretboard, stainless steel frets, precision 18:1 locking tuners is completed with matching flame maple cap at the headstock. Electronics feature hand wired SA56BEU and SA56NEU Solar Modern humbuckers that are a more modern and aggressive take on the classic Solar Alnico V, focused to perfectly match these new instruments. Each pickup is installed directly into the wood with brass countersinks to create a harmonious tonal marriage between body resonance and electrical output. Schaller Megaswitch & CTS potentiometers complete this electronics package. Each guitar ships in a custom MCAS flight-ready molded case with certificate of authenticity personally signed by Ola.
