Spirits was started in late 2018 by best friends Riley Rose & Sean Beard. Their debut EP “Novellas” was written about their struggles with depression, addiction, abandonment and self image issues and has gone on to resonate with many who are now a passionate part of the Spirits family. Fueled by a tireless work ethic and drive, Spirits has created an environment of hope and support for their listeners and is a band that cares deeply about those who follow them. In addition to creating music, Spirits produce video content for YouTube and other platforms in order to expand their reach and will begin touring as soon as possible.
