David is the founding member of Portuguese band Allamedah, which aims to mix the intensity of Heavy Metal with the depth, beauty and melancholy of Portuguese traditional music.
He began playing the guitar at age of 14, immensely influenced by the constant musical environment within his family.
Inspired by a wide range of artists, from different musical styles, such as Metallica, Joe Bonamassa, Eyal Golan, Sting, Ronnie James Dio, and many others, he intends to earn his place together with his band Allamedah a place in the overall metal scene.
So far the band has already released an EP, in 2016, entitled “Rio”, and has released one song per month throughout the year of 2018.
The band will enter the studio in January 2019 to record 3 songs, which will be released in early 2019, and will continue to record and release music throughout the year.
